We work with our hands, grasp, push, pull, feel and touch, gesticulate, write and paint. The human hand is an all-purpose tool and it can create tools.
The special exhibition is the result of the research project MANUACT, which examines the threefold relationship between hands, things and gestures in the workplace and in everyday life. From a linguistic-semiotic and a work-scientific research perspective, this connection is reflected and artistically illuminated.
